Requirements for fixed income:

4.-Reference of the previous landlord, essential.
5.- Official identification.
6.- Socio-economic study (internal).
7.-An advance rent and a deposit, which will be returned 30 days after having returned the
property, and once the inventory has been made, survey of damages and collated
CFE receipt. In no case will the deposit be returned beforehand.
8.-Pets are not allowed.
9.-In the event that an exception is made in the previous point, it must be a pet
small and 2 deposits must be delivered.
10.-Preventive maintenance of air conditioners must be done every 6 months
by the tenant, and delivering the service receipt.
11.-Cost of contract and socio-economic study, is the responsibility of the future tenant.
